Hi Amith,
I hav a question. 12% of the basic is calculated as PF contribution for both Employee & employer.
According to my knowledge, employee contribution (12% of basisc) is deducted from the salary & the employer contribution ,company will pay, not deducted from employee salary right ?
In one of my friend's company, as per the company compensation structure , both the contribution is deducted from employee salary. Is it the correct way ?
