I want the Help Regarding the form 10-c of Employees pension scheme1995;
In this On Clause is " Are you willing to accept Scheme certificate inlien of withdrawal Benefit"
So when we shall mark as " yes " Or "No" in this for
when we are Eligible to get the Certificate under the Pension Scheme 1995.
Pls Guide me in the Matter.

Dear friend
If you want the Scheme certificate you can give yes in the column. otherwise you can give no and you can get the pension amount along with PF settlement. It is up to you. If you give yes then they will close your Family pension account and will send the scheme certifcate to you. Then you have to submit to your current employer for forwarding the same to your PF attached authority to include the same on your urrent PF account. So that on your retirement age you can get long period pension calculation
