Can anyone tell me how to submitt online esic half yearly return.
if a person has joined and left the company on same half yearly time period then what should we mention his date of exit or his date of entry.

Dear Sir,
You need not to submit ESIC half yearly returns online, as ESIC online website is designed in such a way that you can generate half yearly returns based on the monthly returns filing.
But you have to upload the Chartered Accountant Certificate if you have more than 40 employees. For this purpose use SELF CERTIFICATION link in ESIC website.
Regarding employee entry and exit, your monthly returns filed will take care of.

we don't have more than 40 employee in our company and can u clearify that if i need not to submit ESIC half yearly returns online.
Than how would i be able to generate half yearly returns based on the monthly returns filing.

Dear Ms.Asmita,
As I discussed with ESIC Social Security Officer of our area, you need not to file half yearly returns, since it is generated automatically and can be verified by the ESIC officials using "VIEW RC" link in ESIC website.

Thank u very much. But one more doubt is that the contribution of FEB to be paid in march was made by us after 21 of the MARCH month due to some reason so when i saw the return contribution it was not mentioning contribution of FEB what should i do.

Sir,
as u said i saw the same way by opening "view RC". in that oct-march 2012 contribution inwhich it was showing contribution till jan -2012 only.
i have one more doubt if an employee leaves the company in contribution period how will i mention it.

#1 : Please use "Updation of Unrealized Challan Details" link, provide the necessary details for reconciliation.
#2 : While uploading the monthly contribution data, you should provide the exit details of a particular employee. That is all.

Thank you for your guidelines.
But as i told you the jan 2012 contribution is not shown becoz the contribution was paid by us after 21st of march.
so if i follow your instruction of using "Updation of Unrealized Challan Details" link will it be ok.
