What would be the min. basic salary & min. gross salary as per the revised rate ?? How it is calculated.
Also let me know, why Wages determined on basis of 26 days instead of 30.

Minimun Wages cannot be split into allowances. We can do only two part - Basic , DA thats it.
On Both, PF, Bonus and Gratuaty applicable.
So we have to deduct PF on 3822 for 26 days.
No other way.
If you are not doing this, Labour dept will impose you to do that, and we have to pay the balance from 1 may 2012.
So consult your legal advisor and do minimum basic is 3850.
