Dear Sir,
Employee Hand book will be for the use and notice of employees regarding Service Conditions, benefits, leaves and procedure and compensation details in case of employment injury, treatment policy, wages during treatment period and all other benefits and disciplinary action in case of erring workmen etc. A to Z details of
HR Adminstration.
HR Administration/policies differ from industry to industry . You have to prepare all policies and guideline based on the policies of Management.

Mukesh,
There are probably hundreds of handbooks posted here by members on CiteHR already.
This is a subject that is repeatedly asked several times every week.
Please use the Research Box at the top of every page here at CiteHR, to access a wealth of information to assist you.
There are enough different types of handbooks and suggestions for contents for you to pick ideas from for your own handbook based on the polices, processes, procedures and rules that exist in YOUR company.
None of these things are a one size fits all, you must write your own manual to suit your company.

Dear Mr. Mukesh,
Industrial relations is typically sensitive topic to write on. So, any casual query may not help you to prepare a good handbook on IR. If your company is ready to hire services of speicalists for the purpose, you can contact Dhingra Group of Consultants, having decades of practical experience in HRM/HCM/IR, at; [dcgroup1962@gmail.com].

Hi Mukesh,
I don't have anything I can share. Have never written an IR manual. Not much call for them here in Australia I suspect, as we have fairly stringent IR laws that apply to all employees across the country.
You may need to come back to us with more details about what you hope to achieve with this manual. Is this book for employees, what sort of information are you wanting to convey etc.
This is a very broad topic, so you need to break it down a bit for us to understand what you are trying to do.
