Hi Shruti,
Every employee on becoming a member is required to submit a nomination in the Form No. 2 to his employer..
The employer should obtain, at the time of employment , Declaration Form in FORM no.- 11.
The employer is required to submit a monthly return in Form-5 giving the names and other particulars of new joinee...
The interest is decided by the Government for every year.. for last year it is decided 8.5% ..
To withdraw the PF contribution one is required to fill up the FORM 10C and 19..
It is been contributed 12% of basic salary from both Employee as well as Employer side.. out of which 12+3.67% goes to PF fund whereas 8.33% goes to Pension fund..
