We have been paying salaries in our company directly without any salary slips till now.
My boss has now told me to introduce salary slips which can be signed by the employees so that they can also keep track of their leaves and deductions.
Please provide me a salary slip format which contains the details of leaves, deductions and advances. In maharashtra
Basic :- Duble of HRA
HRA :- 50 % of basic if you living in metro city, rest of city 40% of basic
CON:-Rs 800/- per month
ESI is not calculated if salary is more than 10000/- because i received a salary slip in which ctc is 12000/- ,hr had calculated the esic Rs 491/-

ESI celining has increased to Rs. 15000/- w.e.f 2010. Moreover if you are using a package for calculating salary like Payroll then you have an option for generating Salary slips in it. You can enable that. or if you have Tally you have an option in that to generate salary slips.
