Dear AARTiizzz, In my opinion you may go for 360 degree evolution system. It is better to your office

Dear AARTiizzz,

You Prefer your mode of appraisal system either 360 degree or 180 degree appraisal.

(based on your Time Factor).first of all you prepare Appraisal Assessment sheets.which

should cover all aspects of performance of the job. divide your assessment sheet into

two parts.70% should cover job description activities 30% should cover communication

and other activities.

Here am giving 180degree method of appraisal..

Give the Grading as A+ for Excellent A for Very Good B for Good C for Average

(For HR Department Use A+ =10% A=8% B=5% C=3%)

Before issuing Appraisal forms inform to the Assessor In total department strength 10% should be graded as A+ 15% staff should get A And 30% Staff Get B Grade And 5 to 10% Staff get C Grade No Partiality in Grading Staff. All should not get the Same Grading..

1.Send those Appraisal sheets to immediate reporting Managers and take the grading .

2..Send the another appraisal sheet to next level of Reporting Manager along with sheet which is given by Immediate Reporting Manager(Based on that He/she will Assess).

3.Collect those forms enter it in Excel Sheet.Take the average of grading of both the levels.

4.before to that you discuss with management about hike of salary if person gets A+ How much to hike or if they get A grade how much to hike similarly B And C.

5.For some designations and for some specified departments you have to take the recommendations of amount from the Department Heads.

Then you go for Hike in Salary with approval of Management

Thanks And Regards

Dear Sir,
Thanks for your detail explanation. But still it is not clear to me.
"For HR Department Use A+ =10% A=8% B=5% C=3%"- does it mean 10% of the total personnel will get A+ and so on?
It would be very appreciable if you make it clear.
Thank you

Dear Sir,
I have the same query as mentioned by Mr. A K M Abidur but before that i would like to let you know what i understood by A+=10% and so on . I think sir you have clued about hike in basic salary of the employees. It means if an employee will get A+ grade then 10% hike will be done in his existing basic salary.

Dear All please send me the attachment that in how many states the Professional Tax is being deducted and what is the slab of Professional Tax
From India, Delhi
Dear Umesh And Abid Razib,
Immediate Reporting Managers and Next Level Heads will gives Only grading to us for
that each grading we have to assign some value to it.to calculate overall performance
rating...For example in Assessment sheet 10 qualities if you mention for those 10 points
if they Reporting manager gave 'A' grade for all points we have to assign that employee
is performing 80% because we assigned A Grade Value 8....
I hope you understand about it...
