Hello!
I am a final year student of MBA currently doing a project on " Role Stress for working women in Mumbai" . Can anyone pl. tell me the process of validating my questionnaire?
I have taken help from the questionnaires available on the net.
Do i need to do an SPSS analysis or a % or average would be sufficient.
My questioonaire is based on the Likert Scale( 1-5).
My questionnaire is attached

Hi...
Please find recommendations for change in your quesionnaire.
- Allignment of questions need to be worked, ( order of questions)
- Majority of questions are sounding negative, which might affect the respondent mind set.
- The same questions can be reprhased in positive manner and still the actual feel / pulse can be found out as we have 5 scale rating
- dont caputre organization name, you can capture industry which will give a better insight
- you need give a space for them to share theri views. this will help you to understand better than the questions.
hope that helps, incase of further queries please revert

Here are my observations:
It is better to give ranges for age, rather than seek the respondents age.
May we know what your objectives are? Have you any hypotheses to test?
There are both advantages and disadvantages when you mix positive and negative statements. Please see http://uga.edu <link updated to site home> found at Google where there are more links on how to analyse responses to Likert Scale questions.
If you use SPSS you can conduct more statistical tests, depending upon the number of responses you get.
