Dear All,
I have been facing a crictical incident, as a candidate had been paid some amount in lieu of his joining bonus, but he has decided to leave within 3 months of his joining, Thus now we want to recover the joining bonus.
But we did not had any written communication regarding the joining bonus and now the candidate is asking for clarification to deduct joining bonus as per appointment letter clause.
pls advice how to recover the amount

Dear Ashish
You need to recover that amount from the employee why because in offer letter you are mention the probatation period for Six months.
For the above cause the employee needs to work upto 6 months if he/she voluntary resigned they need to paid that money to the company, for all these type consequence you make policy for internal and take the approval of your board of Directors or MD of the company.
One more option is if the HOD has given waveoff then we cann't recover that amount from the employee.
