You yourself are the one to answer it better.
You have worked as hr consultant, so we can assume you have a sound knowledge in hr practices.., so it would be much easier for you to culture Hr knowledge base..but again as i said its ur strength., you should know better..

Hello.. I just want to suggest that you should select Management(code-17) bcoz it has more scope..if you select HR then you your scope will become narrow.If you select Management then you can do job for strategic management, hr, marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, economics.In case of HR , you can teach only HR. In case there is no vacancy in college for HR subject you could not able to get job.But if you are net qualified in Management you can get job in many subjects.
