Hi, I wanted to know if there is any performance evaluation that I can see the employees' performance each day and again at the end of the week in software industry. Thanks Asha H.R. 9880031531

Hy,
my issue is this: I already have individual performance evaluations (e.g. Team member1=C, Team member2=B, Team member3=A... and the grades are T,A,B,C,D) and now I have to make a tool in wich team will be able to see what is its total grade, which will make the team available to see comparation with other teams. So, do I count avarage from individual grades or there is some formula for that or there is some form like this: To be on certain competence level, team needs to have at least 30% team members at that level.
I will be very greatful for any kind of informations.

simmy, you would need to change the header of topic: job evaluations are different. popular methods are job grading, hay point factor etc performance evaluation is a different ballgame altogether
