Dear Seniors,
Greetings of the day......
Please tell me the difference between the designation Management Trainee HR & Trainee HR. What should be the required qualificational difference for the both designations.
I'll be highly grateful for the guidance.

Dear Sanchita,
The designation of Trainee HR is given to those candidates who are just graduated and after their confirmation they get confirmed as Officer / Jr. Officer..
Whereas Management Trainee designation is given to those candidates who have done their MBA and later they gt confirmed as Asst. Manager / Executive / Sr. Executive.
Any candidate who joins as Trainee HR or Management Trainee undergoes 1 year training period. The stipend or the salary offered differs in both the cases.
The stipend and the designation again differs from company to company based on their recruitment policy and procedures. But what i have stated above is the industry standard....
