First establishment should be registered and below mentioned documents should be maintained
1. Attendance cum wage register
2. Leave Register
3. Advance Register
4. Fine Register
5. Deduction Register
6. Holiday notice in Notice Board
7. Display of Abstract of act

Dear Sir,
I would like to know that as we are covered under shop & establishment Act, Delhi, we have to make all the registers & compliances as per shop & Estblshmt. Act. apart from it we have to maintain the registers & returns as per Minimum Wages Act, Bonus Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, Payment of wages act. ..what more compliances & various other returns are required...plz. may clear it..
