Hello!!!!!!!!!
In our premises, some other agencyies are working for Civil, Painting,Machine Cleaning.
In that agengies, some labours are working.
We are deducting 6.5 % from bill for ESI.
We are submitting 6.5 % in our ESI code to ESI.
We are not mainting any data like salary and attendance register for these labours.
I would like to know that which are the benefit will or can get those who are working for these agencies.
Many thanks for your effort.

Dear Parimal,
Answer the following
1. Without maintaing the attendance / Salary register how can you calculate the ESIC / contribute to the ESIC department.
2. Either the labour is working in contractor/agency role or in your company role.
3. Have they got their IP No.
4. How you are contributing to ESIC.(you had said 6.5% on Bill/salary to ESIC - i agree but do you mention the no. of covered employees in challan or online)
