Dear Ashfaq,
I have gone through the attached ppt. PMS is far more comprehensive than KRA. Understanding KRA is only a small part of PMS. While you have to given assurance to Mr Haji Pasha on implementation of PMS, you have attached ppt on KRA. You could have attached ppt on process of implementation of PMS.
