Your PPt on Motivation is good and tells how a person who is in 'X' category can be made to move to 'Y' category. Many think motivation means saying goody goody things. But it is not so. SO many factors come into play and that is why motivation is dificult to achieve. It requires understanding others well and correctly, use of your communication as well as persuasive skills, leading by example, etc. Your PPt was decent and concise covering essentials like a skirt!

This is in addition to what I said earlier. Motivation is very difficult. At present, I am doing my Ph.D in motivation and research articles scanned show it is very difficult to motivate a person. Certain things are dependent on external things,, like appreciation, salary, respect, etc while other things are dependent on internal things also. One should have infinite patience to find out what really motivates a man and try to adopt them. I have spoken to a number of married couples who have said that it was very difficult to understand their husband or wife even after any years of marriage!!. When couples living together for years together is finding it difficult to know the mind of each other, w hat about bosses in a company? God only should help them. But all is not bad. Still they can keep their mind calm and carefully observe, study, understand their subordinates' nature and then act accordingly. One has to keep making continue efforts to understand others, jut like a cricket bowler keeps on trying his best to take a wicket. He may not succeed in his every attempt, but he keeps on making efforts to get a wicket. At last, he succeeds and this gives him immense delight!! This is what one should do in life. Keep trying till you succeed.
