Please tell me .. how important is to do the certification in HR . I am in HR with IT company, thinking of doing value addition to my HR profile.
Please tell me ..
1) How important is it to do this?
2) which one is best?
3) How companies treat differently in case of with certification or without certification candidate?
4) Does it has any practical effect or just good to write in resume?
Other thing i wanted to ask is SAP HR.. from where to get all info about it?
