Dear Sir,

Greetings

I am currently working as <position>, with our client <XXXX> at Location (XXXX).

I am actually from Hyderabad , India, as it can be noted from my Passport Copy (Attach PP). However, it seeem due to oversight, my point of orgin has been mentioned as "Mumbai" on my contract. Request you to please change the same to facilitate the booking of my yearly vacation ticket to my Home town at Hyderabad.

Further, since I am now due for my vacation, I request your administration to issue me the ticket to Hyderabad sector and the company can deduct the different in amount viz-a-viz for the ticket to Mumbai, from my Salary.

Hoping my request will be accepted and oblige.

Regards,

XYZ
