This is really true and sad to say that other leaders violate the principles in leadership.

4ureyes... my point of view is that Leadership is also a learned skill - so the word "violate" can be too strong to use in this context. I would think, many leaders overlook these small points that can easily make a difference. A little care and intent can set these issues right.
