Actually I am getting a consolidated pay without any deductions. Could anyone please let me know shall we avail the option of PF & ESI in a consolidated pay. I came to know from our auditor that it is not possible to give PF & ESI for a consolidated pay. I would really appreciate if any one could help me on this.

Dear friend
I think the auditor statement may be wrong. Salary and wages to be covered under ESI and PF. There may not be any different for consolidated pay. It will come under wages only. Hence u r eligible for ESI and PF. Please ask your HR People to sortout this issue.
