Hi can any body tell me in any organization HR have any rights or not whether he/she working there and listening each employees query very politely and giving response in same way very politely.
Than HR don't have any right in organization to keep his/her points in-front of their senior's there. If, senior's doesn't have capability to handle such situation politely than why they expecting only from HR side to be polite and calm, if they don't know how to handle such situation .............

Only in your Subject of studies there are some topics about empathy and the others never studied about that. That is the reason they are not having the capacity of listening politely to others issues/problems. If everyone can handle all the situation, then there is no need of HR, IR Departments.
Let us feel proud that we can handle any crisis and tackle any situation. That is our speciality.

well i think you have employees who do not understand things easily.........and being polite with them is not fetching results anymore...........what you can do is have a face to face interaction with their leader may be and find out the main cause then you can arrange a meeting with them which the leader should represent. involve the employees in dcision making process....talk to your seniors and show them examples of big companies in writting (walmart, ONGC, GE, China national petrol,BP, Royal Dutch Shell etc.) these organizations are very much into involving employees in decision making, find out the needs of your employees and the troubles thay ar facing in day to day activities, any grieviences...... keep in touch for any further help.....

Hi.........
I always felt HR persons are civil police personnel in an organizations. The reason behind to comment like this, because how Police are safeguard the society and maintain the law and order in perfect manner similarly HR personnel are also doing the same in companys. We should have lot of patience and create an impression to others we are the most trustworthy people in the company.
