I am working with automobile sector and has implemented ranking appraisal system.This system give me results but now i want to implement quarterly appraisal system so that appraisal system in my company will strong and give better & satisfactory (employer or employee both side ) results.
i want to implement quarterly appraisal system with KRA so suggest me.
