Dear Ramesh,
PF and ESI is deducted on(PF on Basic and ESIC on Gross )wages paid to employee on daily basis or monthly basis. But submission of return and deposits of PF ESIC contribution is statutorily on monthly basis based on total wages/salary sheet/paid for the month. It does'nt matter salary levels are same or different.

Dear shaukat hussain,
Please let me know if employee is applying for PF withdrawal after three months of resignation, when he has not completed ten year of duration with EPF, in that case will he get his full amount that is Employer (12%)+ Employee (12%) contribution or he will get Employer (3.67%)+ Employee (12%) contributio

Hi Ramesh
If employee left his job before completing 10 yrs of service ,he is eligible to get full accumulated PF withdrawal which include Employers share too. But after 10 yrs he will get pension certificate from EPFO for employers contribution 8.33%towards pension fund. After age of 50 yrs.he became eligible for pension from EPFO.
Thanks and regard

Ramesh, the very first thing is that you need to go thru the rules of deduction of ESIC & EPF if you are not well familiar with it.
Second, there are numbers of sample sheets and material available which you can use for your practice and to understand the calculation and for that i request you to please use "reSearch' option to find out the same.
Also you can see many related post at right side bar of our CiteHR page under "Similar Post" which will automatically bring you the details, please go thru it once..
