Dear Friends, I want to know how to connect two excel workbooks using v look up.It’s looks like very tough. could any one please help me out.

Please find attached a Tutorial in Tamil on VLOOKUP. Since you are from Coimbatore, I hope you can read and understand Tamil. You can go through the tutorial and learn about VLOOKUP. The two excel files discussed in this tutorial are also uploaded here. (The zip file uploaded here contains all the three files cited above).
