it seems that the job/working environment in your organisation is not good hence you are trying to create an environment where employees would work very comfortable...pls try to findout first where you went wrong and why you want to create a new environment....

It happened in an organisation where I worked. Our boss used to say we were not at all enthusiastic; we were mediocres; unproductive; lacklustre performance.......... mostly of demoralising criticisms & abusive words;
It so happened once that 60 days our boss had to go on leave.
Incidently or invariably the performance was better; sales figure went up; we were all cheerful; working atmosphere was cordial......
Obviously once my boss returned after leave, management showed the door for him in order to retain talents in the organisation...
cheers,

hi, It’s better to start an Open house meeting/forum, where your employees can share their ideas/requirements/problems, based on that you can act to make them to be comfotable. Regards, Bhushan

My Dear Friend
you can arrange to hold a loyalty survey which is one of important project & time to time you need to do in your company. the key issue is that after filling the loyalty form by employee you raise the expectation. before distributing the forms you need to share the questions with you boss & he should be commitment to take the actions accordingly . you need first to have some search for loyalty survey & have some knowledge for that . If you are agree with that I can guide you more

The flaws and shortcomings that we see in others are nothing but the projection of our own mind - so said a holy person. We can cite the findings of Yudhrishta who said every one else are good than him and Dhuryodhana who said all others he met are bad people.
Rangaji shared his experience on these lines. Most of the people quit their jobs not because of their wrong attitude and/or poor job satisfaction but due to the attitude of the boss with bad bossing.
