This is Archana Rane from Mumbai, i m working at facilities management, our employees are all of india, one of my employee query as discussed with u please solved my query, our employee doing a job in Jamshedpur as a Driver, his Esic No have been Jamshedpur, bt now this employee come to mumbai, so I want to know this in case of there sickness they have to started their esic benefits in mumbai.

Any Employee covered under ESI and moving to some other place on duty or leave etc he has to obtain Form 105 so that he can get ESI benefits like medication etc for the time he is out of station from the local ESI dispensary nearby to his place of temporary residance on submission of 105 along with his ESI card, this is applicable all the employees across India. This eligibility is for 3 months and if the employee is transferred permanently then you have to make necessary arrangements.
