Dear Siddharth,
Well mentioned & its true fact that the involvement of the participants will make the training program successful & it all depends on the facilitator how he involves the participants to understand the topics, otherwise even the interesting topic becomes boredom if the faculty doesn't match its frequency with the participants frequency & even the technical topic will become interesting if the facilatator shares some lively casestudies.
