In your PPT you have mentioned Labour Contract as between Union and Employer.
But a Labour Contract is a term used for agreement between Employer and Employee. This agreement may be governed by the Settlement under ID Act ( 18(1) - bipartite between Employer and Union or 12(3)) - Tripartite entered in the presence of Labour Officer.)
