Added, I even heard that there is no need to include Basic, HRA, PF and other allowances for Consultants. Please share your views...

For example:
I hire a consultant, who will be working with one of my prime vendor for about a year or more. The consultant will be working with my Client remotely & supporting client requirements. Now, tell me How do I create a form or format without showing any benefits in his/her Pay-Slip. Suggestions and shared formats are highly appreciated!!!
