Hi Malika,
I think that HR managers of Europe and Gulf countries are not more qualified and experienced than their Indian counterparts as far as HR solutions are concerned.
I suppose this is your own established method of searching for Gulf HR managers contact for your own placement or any other motive.
However you can search for them on some other sites as this site is capable enough to solve the HR problems from its own HR Managers and consultants alone,like Mr. PON1985, Mr. R.N.Khola, Mr. Mukesh Azad and so many others.
