Hi Ajay,
As per my experience, person like you with IT background will be less useful for BPO industries although there is a requirement. Moreover, as told by your profile, there will be no recognisation for the qualification you had.
I'd suggest you to post your profile in any of the job portals or through any of ur references and search job as fresher to IT field. More or less some times we need to compromise @ pay when we want to change our field/profession/career direction.
However, to get into IT field, you need to start developing your knowledge in the initial stage of your new job. Once you gain experience, you would really rock in your job.
Trust me this will work out.
All the best..!

Hi Ajay,

Thanks for the response..!

IT has got lot of career, which may be either in hardware, software or telecom.

Decide yourself where you would be interested. then choose a sector and start surveying on that particular area.

For ex: if you would like to go with software field, go learning a course as u told. Else start gathering the knowledge on Network side. Observe few of IT guy's careers in your reference and surveying on their work profile.

You can even search Roles and Responsibilites of each IT sector/IT guy in google and survey accordingly.

You can even start your career as a normal Network Admin with minimum pay of Rs.10,000/-. However, firstly decide yourself to which side of IT you are more interested and then start gathering the knowledge from various websites/portals/references.

Pay for an IT guy depends on the problem solving knowledge of him.

Always do not wait for some one else suggestion in designing your career. Coz.., every mind set will have different opinion on different things.

Hope my suggestion would give an idea for your path.

All the best for your career.

Thanks & Regards

Srivani
