Can you be a little more specific regarding your expectations. Your posting is quite vague and not clear at all. What youu are expecting here is difficult to guess !

Hello everyone and thanks for your prompt replies.
I just need some advice, the project is a presentation addressed to the general manager of a steel company.I have to explain how we (hr department) will schedule a training programme for 450 employees. How many groups do we divide them in in order to have an efficient training day(what is a good group size to conduct a training day), how many hours should be the training day be? what activities should i arrange for the day? How can we keep them interested?
The training day should focuss on discussing a new set of "values and rule that the senior management has decided to impose to the company".

Dear Alzucchelli
I will take this opportunity to appeal to bloggers to give complete information about their needs in posting for help.
For example, what's this university project that you are undertaking? Is this a hypothetical project? If not, what does the GM want to cover in his presentation? What's the objective of the presentation? Is it to just inform without any interaction from the audience or is it to generate ideas?
By not giving enough information some consultants have mistakenly tried to sell themselves, assuming that you need their services.
Have a nice dy.

i'l try to explaing a bit more in depth, the company in our academic case study is trying to change direction due to past difficulties. The senior management designed a strategy and some new rules and values to follow in order to be succesful in the future.
I have to prepare the a training programme for a department of the company of 450 people, in the presentation directed to the GM i have to show how i intend to schedule this training programme over 2 weeks, how days and how many employees for group(so what should be an ideal size to obtain employees attention?), what activities should the training day include(how to we break down the training day?). Since the company of my case study has a huge hrm department should it be someone from that department to make the presentations?
In brief i would like to know how to keep employees interested during day? What is a good size for a succesful training day(note there are 450 employees and we would like to do it over a period of maximum 2/3 weeks). How should we divide the training days (activities, breaks, questions and answer sessions etc..).
I hope this time i was a bit more clear and satisfying with my request.
