Dear Amit Chaudhari
Why can't you think it in another direction.
Here your employees are not interested to take any leave and they want to work even on Diwali vacations.
Can you plan to arrange a room for those children and keep some toys and dolls for those children and some black board and colour chalks for those children who can bring out their efficiency and talents. If you can afford from office please arrange some chart paper and give them some water colour or fabric colour and give them some motivational topic and instruct those children to draw some picture as per their imaginations.
This will make the parent to work hard and with dedication, loyalty towards the organisaation, by which you can even increase the productivity.

Dear Mr. Amit,
Indeed, I did not imagine what sort of problems one could come across.... jokes apart, I can guess and agree with you, the concentration on work could hamper in such cases. However, the suggestions provided by Mr. Bhaskar are noteworthy and you can try it out.
On the other side of the coin, you can take it positively and enjoy their presence in the routine work. Children bring cheerfulness, liveliness whereever they go. Your office autmosphere could be more enchanting than never before.
With best regards,

Dear Sir,
It is correct that employees have emotinoal connection towards their children and they cannot stay away from them and so bring them to office but this causes unnecessary problem as employee do not work when their children are around and if there are ladies around they also start playing with them leaving work aside which again causes work suffer
Even though the arrangement is done as per your suggestion the children run out of the room as they want to be with their Mummy or Daddy so as per me it again create above problem.
And employees who bring their children should understand all these things.
I am looking for a solution where the message can be given to employees that they should not bring their children in the office to avoid the problem.
Please allow me if I said anything worng in the post.

Hi Amit,
I do agree with the fact that children cannot be allowed at work place on a daily basis, it does definitely have an impact on the productivity at the work place ( Negative or positive ). However, the major concern is not about productivity here, but about responsibility, as you can never afford to leave children unattended, as this could lead to a major headache to your company if any untoward incident takes place, as it is still in the office premises.
I would suggest that you take it up immediately with you management and explain them about the implications. With respect to the employees, you can always inform them, that sometimes it is in the best interest of the company/employees that certain decisons need to be taken, the above point can be conveyed to them in appropriate tone. However be careful not to use any words that hint towards productivity/loss of work time etc as this might have an adverse impact.
Regards,
Rakesh.

Encourage employees to work from Home ! as nuclear families are the trend & on the rise ... you may consider work from home or flexible work hours as a option ! it actually works ! :)

hi,
i would say Bhaskar points is very good and a valid one. Doing this doesn't mean that they will continue this, as once the Schools are open they will go to schools and will not come to Office. At the same time Chledren are laways children and sure they will come out of the rooms. Here helps the Office Boy and other attenders who provide tes/coffice ets where they will not have work all the time and may take care of the girls fo some time.
suggest me is i an right

Hi,
You have to decide between work continuing or all affected employees seeking leave during Diwali time.
The most practical solution is what Bhaskar has suggested. Diwali and such similar festivals come every year. Why wait for them to be on your head before deciding? Why not have a ready template and fit it during such times?
Decide on a space, have it cleared of any objects which may hurt the children and tell your Admin to organise a staff( or use already verified staff i.e. tea bar/ coffee bar staff) inform the concerned parents that they will be charged a nominal sum as payment towards the person looking after and get along with your work.
These are issues which do not require too much thinking. Planning ahead for these however, does require intervention at the beginning of the year.
Let everyone affected give you a smile & thank you for the effort!!!

Ashok

Dear Ashok
Charging from the employees is not acceptable and the companies can very well spend some amount (only few thousands on toys and vacating a room and sparing a office boy and the lady who visits for cleaning the office also can be utilised for this purpose) will not be so dearer or unaffordable to any company.
Let the companies plan this with the help of HR and stores department.
