Can someone / anyone throw some light on a seemingly stupid question but thought provoking .... In a "Train the Trainer Workshop", does the teacher - teach, the trainer - train or the coach - coach?
Thought it will be a good topic to deliberate.

Usually a "Train the Trainer" course is where a qualified trainer teaches other people to become trainers. If it is properly recognised and accredited course, then there is usually a certification process for the participants who pass the course.

I have always wanted to attend one. Though I have conducted several training session with 'very good'/'excellent' feedback, I am always open to improvisation.
