Dear Seniors,
I have a query regarding calculation of privilege /earned leave encashment in Full & Final settlement.
In our company privilege/earned leaves are credited twice in a year January & July. Hence while calculating the encashment amount in FFS for resignees should we include only the leaves credited to the resignees as on January/July or all the leaves earned by the employee's upto his/her last working day.
Guidance on the same will be highly appreciated.
