My name is T Nagaraju i was working in Agri Gold Group one year back i had resigned my job due to personal issues after that i claimed my settlement. They settled after 8 months of my things, like, gratuity, leaves, service certificate and full and final settlement letter.
My question is i didn't get my relieving letter from this company, now i am searching jobs wherever i go they are asking relieving letter but i am showing service but they won't accepting this.
And also i am trying to contact to my old company but they are not responding properly and they wont bother to pick my call.
Kindly let me know whether is this important in my new profession.

Dear Friend,
I can't understand why the other company people are asking for your relieving letter. The service certificate and the papers related to your final settlement is more than enough.
Normally after complete handing over & relieving only the final settlement will be made and service certificate will be issued hence Don't worry relieving letter is not mandatory as you have service certificate and final settlement papers with you.
