I do not understand how is it possible that the contract is not signed still it is being renewed every year. When there is no written and signed document, then what document the organization is renewing?

You are eligible for all social security coverage applicable to your establishment. That means if others on regular rolls are getting EPF and other benefits, you are also entitled to it. But the onus to prove that you have been employed for the last 10 years is yours and I hope that you have proof of your marking attendance, payslips or similar documents though you might not have a contract of employment with you. In order to get the benefits, you have to present the matter before your State's Labour Department authorities and the enforcement officer of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation.

Most of such pvt Edu. Institutions don't provide any payslips and they simply pay by cash. It is tricky issue to prove someone has worked for long time to claim statutory benefits, leave alone confirmation. Ethics don't have any place in Edu. Institutions where they are supposed to teach ethical practices.
