Hi guyz! I have been seeing the kind of thread as per subject but i cannot seem to find the right answer to my querry as everything is India based. Can anyone tell me the FORMULA of GRATUITY CALCULATION based on the UAE?
and how would we calculate if there's changes in the BASIC SALARY,
say for example in January 2008 my salary is AED 2500, in January 2009 increased to AED 3500 and at present is AED 6500. my contract will end OCTOBER 2011.
Would really appreciate help from you guyz.
