Can you send format for early release after resign, company required minimum three month after submitting resign. I can’t wait up to three months.

If the clause in your appointment letter states that, that you have to mandatory serve 3 months notice period, then you have no option but to serve your entire notice period...
But if the clause states that either of the side (employer or employee) can waive off the notice period and the dues shall be recovered at the time of the full and final settlement, then you can serve 1 month's notice period and pay the salary for other 2 months and join a your new assignment....
But in case you do not serve your full notice period (which in case have to be mandatory), then the organization will term you absconding and you might lose your settlement dues which you were to receive from your employer...
