Dear All,
I have 1.5 years experience tottaly and in this company.
I am working in Engineering MNC with around 50 employees including Contract Labour.
We do not have any policy for Recrutiment, Performance Management, T & D, Leave, Standard Format, Increment, Security, etc...
Management always gives the importance to the production related employees and make the rules and break the rules as production employees demands.
They never get the opinion from the HR side in any process.
My question is how to create the my importance in the company?
I have also attached my work profile.
In the work profile, I have devided in two topics one should not do and another should do.
Could i have to change the job or not?
