Hi Friends,

A Senior Manager working in an MNC, as usual after lunch goes to the

cafeteria for coffee.

He relaxes in canteen. He sees a canteen boy cleaning tables there. so

he decides to have fun with him. He calls him.

Senior Manager - (Asks canteen boy) : How much do you earn?

Canteen boy smiles...

Senior Manager - what are your future plans?

Canteen boy keeps quiet...

Senior Manager - where do you see yourself 10 years down the line?

Canteen boy gives a cold stare.

Senior Manager - Jab mai Bangalore aaya tha tab mere paas bhi kuch nahi

tha.... Aaj mere paas kya nahin hai... naam hai, shohrat hai, paisa

hai.... tumhare paas kya hai?

Hi friends,
this canteen boy did not have CHETNA and PRERNA. the questions could be replied by anyone who possess these two essential elements which enables a person to think of bright future and work for it. showing way to somebody is one thing, and asking somebody who has never thought of travelling in his life seems to be without any hope and direction. a boy such as utensil cleaner need lots of motivational and financial support. but you have to first see the material.if it is made of wood and you put it on fire then the result is obvious.test has to be conducted first before undertaking this task.this is just glimpse of my feedback. may be wrong or may be right to some extent.

It was indeed clever of the boy to recognize the "fun" intention of the Saab. If he had seen sensitivity and real caring in the Saab's approach. he might have replied differently.
Incidentally did Barkha intend the post for us who are currently in the citeHR cafetaria? :(

Morning Mr.Satish !
Thanks for your wonderfully well written message !!! If you read carefully, my reply was addressed to Ms.Barkha and there isn't any confusion at all -- least of it should be by you becoz you are nowhere in picture.
