Dear Rajni,
Thanks for your response.
But in my case from employee we want to deduct on Actual, and employer can contribute only for Rs 6,500/- is this possible??
For Example:
Employee basic -Rs 8000/-
Employee - 8000 - contribution is Rs 960 /-
Employer - 6500 - contribution is Rs 780/- balance (Rs 180/-)can we paid in take home??
Secondly there is any possibility to suddenly bring the contribution into the ceiling amount Rs 6500/-. (Where as employee and employer both are contributing on the entire actual (Which is more than 6500) for the past 10 years)
Please note: If you have any related documents or court verdicts please do share me.
Regards,
Rajesh.

Hi Rajesh,
Want to know y ur organization want to do such things,
instead of deducting from actual amt which is 8000/- PF amt 960/- deduct it from amt 6500/- pf amt 780/- and let the employer contribute the same.. The amt 180 which is the difference will anyways get added in the take home amt. Hope u will get wat i mean.
