Dear Puja, Please review with management what they are expecting from their employees. Also please confirm what they are expecting for the Management. You will get lot of answers....

Apart from from what Prashant says, another suggestion is assess each member of staff and evaluate the real need. If you are an internal trainer you will have all the time to give individual attention. To help an external trainer, the assessment is essential. Accordingly the module can be customized

Dear Puja,
We are online training solutions provider company from ahmedabad. the details of solutions which is called as LMS (Learning Management System) are as below:
LMS (an Online Portal) is software that you can use for the administration, tracking and reporting of training programs.
LMS tracks and monitors the training programs - what training is taken by which learner and when...It generates a detailed report as well to keep for your records.
the system becomes very useful for all the learners who can take the training at their own location and you can deliver the same training to all the people across various geographical locations/branches.
for more details you can visit empowerbpo(dot)com
Please share your views with us. we want to have a feedback from yourside regarding emPower LMS.

Dear Puja,
First of all you will have to ask your management that
01. How much they would be interested in the training set up?
02. How much they would interested to invest in the set up?
03. Premises hired out of the Hotel or within the Hotel?
04. Investment in Teaching aids?
05. Is the training a regular feature to all the employees or time to time?
06. Many more questions?
"Training is an investment and not an expenditure."
