Hi Meenakshi,

If you really wanna go for HR Generalist profile then dont look for the details to build your CV just but to develop these into yourself as your skills and for this you have to understand the HR and their Function first.

You just have started your career six months before, therefore you need to learn and grab everything around you related to HR.

See a HR Generalist have to play a vital and very responsible role and have to do lot more towards the attainment of Organizational Goal and Objectives. You have to understand each and every responsible area and function of HR so that you can get familiar with then and to get the understanding of work in Organization.

For the HR Generalist profile and all the work of HR I would suggest you to go to my “MY 7 STARS of HR” which (For this you need to go to https://www.citehr.com/285974-career...ml#post1290276) will help you in this regards.

Also I want you to go to SEARCH option right above the CiteHR Page to get the discussion and inputs by the members here. There are lot more material and quarries been resolved by the member here on the same and numbers of member have participated in this. You just need to LEARN and have to spend your as much as time in learning on the HR Function, working style, Labor Laws and other rules and procedure bcz it is really important to have every possible complete knowledge about the function of HR for A HR GERNERALIST PROFILE.

One more thing, you don’t want to do carrier as HR Generalist but to be a “HR Generalist”

Best of Luck
