Hi all,
Please provide me the policy for leave without pay as per Labour Law. If one employees take all leaves and then if he or she worked in week Friday and monday only two days then saturday and sunday is with pay or without pay. What is the caritera for such LWP cases.

Dear sir
Leave without pay (LWP) applicable when employee has no leave balance for current year but availed leave has been approved by sanctioning authority.
if he /she work only two days monday & Friday, remaining day from Tuesday to Thusday will be LWP.
