How are you all?
I, Harshita Raj working in a HUF (Family Business Organisation) as a HR , I am the only HR and the very first HR in this organisation although this is very old firm running since 1997 and most of the employees over here dont even understand the work of HR and always try to abide the rules which are to made under HR policies. Now please suggest what should I do and how to start proper functioning in HR so that every thing comes to its proper and systematic stage.
