Hi friends..
In my company we are providing total 18 leaves in a year i.e 6 CL, 6PL, 6SL but management want to reduce paid leave structure.So we want to update leave structure in our organisation.
Is there any rule/Act to provide minimum leaves. Till what level we can reduce leave in our organisation?
Can we make rule all leave as unpaid leave?

Hi, Refer Gujarat state Shop & estabilishments Act for leave rules as your company may have been covered. Companies Act does not specify leave rules. Pon

hi friends I M WORKING WITH SMALL SIZE COMPANY AND I HAVE TO DEFINE LEAVE POLICY. I DONT ANY EXPERIENCE IN THIS REGAURD. THEN ON WHAT BASIS SHOULD I CONSIDERED THE CL,ML,SL,LOP etc.? REGAURDS SWAPNA
