Hi I wanted to share this with you all!!!!
Budgeting is done annually and achieved in four
quarters, first sit with department heads and find out
what their requirement are by sending the format I am
sending you. If you can get a candidate internally
and has to be promoted then it is cost effective.
Find out what are the present defined designation,
present in the company at this point of time if it is
new position, then ask for a job description and find
out what is the competaive market price is at that
time and suggest the same to HOD and your manager.
Then take a package and calculate it per annum
including (and excluding) other benefits.
