I am an Architect and Design Hospitals.
I would like to know about SOPs for Hospitals in India and the Departmental flow charts for Patient, Staff, material movement in the Hospital. My Understanding of this shall go a long way in understanding the Hospital function and designing the facility.
I would appreciate if Hospital Administrators could throw some light on this.
